“Befriend Yourself” Group

When Beating Yourself Up Stops Working

Group Facilitator(s): Marianne Stout, Ph.D. and Whitney Wheeler, Ph.D.

This is an 8 week, virtual self-compassion group for adults who struggle with self-judgment and shame related to their anxiety and/or OCD. Group members will:

  • Improve their relationship with themselves
  • Learn meditation and mindfulness practices
  • Learn new self-compassion skills or practice ones they’ve already acquired



Time: Mondays from 11am-12:15pm from 3/28-5/16/22

The fee for our groups is $60 per week.
