When Beating Yourself Up Stops Working

This is an 8 week, virtual self-compassion group for adults who struggle with self-judgment and shame related to their anxiety and/or OCD. Group members will:
- Improve their relationship with themselves
- Learn meditation and mindfulness practices
- Learn new self-compassion skills or practice ones they’ve already acquired
Time: Tuesdays, 12:00 pm-1:15pm, 10/3/22-11/29/22
The fee for our groups is $65 per session.
