When Beating Yourself Up Stops Working
- Improve their relationship with themselves
- Learn meditation and mindfulness practices
- Learn new self-compassion skills or practice ones they’ve already acquired
Time: Mondays from 11am-12:15pm from 3/28-5/16/22
The fee for our groups is $60 per week.
