“Living Mindfully with Anxiety” Group

Group Facilitator: Jack Tsan, Ph.D.

Our “Living Mindfully with Anxiety” skills-based support group is open to men and women who feel that their lives are hindered by anxiety. This group will be structured with modules and meditation techniques to help participants live mindfully with anxiety.

Together, we will be supporting each other in developing and applying mindfulness skills to unique areas of our life which may include: anticipatory anxiety; anxiety in the workplace; anxiety in your relationship with families, friends or significant other; performance anxiety; social anxiety; and topics based on group member feedback. If you are interested in gaining a better understanding of how to transform anxiety in a way to help you thrive, this is the group for you.

Time: Thursdays from 7:00 to 8:30 pm

Cost for our groups is $60 per session. Pay 4 visits at a time. Discounted rate of $54 per session if you are currently receiving individual therapy at the Anxiety Treatment Center of Austin.
