<p class="font_8">I am a doctoral student in Counseling Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin and I hold a master’s degree in Psychological Science from Texas Woman’s University. Before pursuing graduate training, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Austin and worked as a classroom teacher for several years.</p>

<p class="font_8">For the past two years I have provided individual and group therapy at UT’s Counseling and Mental Health Center where I have treated individuals navigating a range of mental health concerns including generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, perfectionism, depression, grief and loss, interpersonal challenges, and life transitions. In addition to clinical work, I am actively engaged in research examining stress and coping and mental health and well-being in emerging adulthood. I have co-authored peer-reviewed articles in these areas and am committed to integrating research and practice to support individuals using evidence-based theories and treatments.</p>

My therapeutic approach is grounded in a warm, collaborative, and relational style, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) practices. I believe that meaningful therapeutic work begins with a safe, trusting relationship, and I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. I am deeply committed to providing care that is culturally responsive, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs and

lived experiences.


Together we will explore unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that may be leaving you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and stuck. I’ll offer practical tools and compassionate guidance to help you respond to and manage these thoughts and behaviors so that you can live a more fulfilling, purposeful, and value-driven life.
