COUNSELOR IN EDUCATION MASTER'S STUDENT
SHE/HER

I am a graduate-level counselor intern completing my M.Ed. in Counselor Education at the University of Texas at Austin. I have gained clinical experience providing therapy to university students at UT Austin's Counseling and Mental Health Center, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, and stressors during transitional periods. Before my current
studies, extensive volunteer work with refugee and immigrant communities showed me how hearing and validating others’ stories can foster growth and meaningful connection. It's an honor to hear your story and work alongside you as you take a courageous step forward in your mental health journey.
Currently accepting new clients.
My approach is warm and collaborative, emphasizing the therapeutic relationship that is grounded in trust, authenticity, and positive regard. I believe in meeting you where you are and tailoring treatment approaches to your needs. Together, we can identify treatment goals and work toward bringing out the empowered self within you. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to explore, process, and design this next chapter of their lives with self-compassion. As an extension of this, I am passionate about utilizing evidence-based treatments, including ACT, CBT, and ERP, to support your growth in overcoming anxiety-related disorders and OCD. I aim to apply a culturally informed lens to all our therapeutic work, ensuring therapy is inclusive for all identities. My goal as a therapist is to help foster a sense of agency in your life, enabling you to live in alignment with your true, core values.
